As an Organizational Development Consultant and certified Human Capital Strategist at Navy Federal Credit Union and Booz Allen Hamilton, Will has successfully developed workforce survey-based action plans, professional development/advancement pathways, and career guides. He served as a project lead for the U.S. Department of Navy (DoN) civilian organization (500+ government employees) project that won a 2023 DoN IT Excellence Award for establishing and strengthening a culture of cyber security.
