Dr. Shonna Waters is an award-winning organizational psychologist, Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology Fellow, founding scientist at BetterUp, former Human Resources Technical Director at the Natural Security Agency (NSA), and Technical Advisory Board Member for the Defense Language and National Security Education Office (DLNSEO).

Shonna has developed organizational assessments used in more than 800 organizations globally, including Fortune 500 companies and government agencies, namely the U.S. Departments of Defense (DOD), Army, Navy, and Air Force, the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC), the Department of Treasury, the Social Security Administration (SSA), and the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM).
