Consultant & Facilitator

Pooja is a seasoned management consultant with over 15 years experience advising public, private, nonprofit, and community organizations. A certified Prosci® Change Management practitioner, she works with a range of stakeholders to plan, implement, and lead cultural transformation initiatives. Her expertise spans workforce strategic planning and implementation, leadership development and coaching, strategic communications and employee engagement, program design and management, and benchmarking research and analysis.

In her work with federal government agencies and international nonprofits, Pooja has facilitated employee training and stakeholder workshops, conducted organizational assessments, and modernized strategic, financial, and human capital systems, plans, and policies. At the Aspen Institute and Ashoka: Innovators for the Public, she designed impact evaluation metrics, mobilized outreach to 700+ stakeholders, and launched innovative impact investing pilots with global reach. Pooja is a former Peace Corps volunteer, and a current Pain-Free Movement Specialist recognized for her influence and impact in the health, fitness, and wellness industry.
