Marcus L. Hill is a highly effective executive, possessing over 37 years of leadership, management, supervisory and technical experiences related to planning, administering and evaluating administrative programs in support of Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense operations.

Marcus is the Vice Chairman of the Senior Executives Association and an instructor and consult with the Federal Employment Law Training Centers (FLETC). He previously served as FLETC’s Senior Executive Advisor, where he executed a $106M budget, providing strategic planning advice and counsel to executive leadership, ensuring an enterprise-wide focus in the midst of a global pandemic, and overseeing law enforcement training plans and leadership training initiatives. He previously held positions at the Transportation Security Administration and Department of the Navy. Marty received the 2017 Presidential Rank Award and retired as a United States Air Force Reserve officer with distinction.
