Kimberly brings decades of experience at the intersection of law, policy, and good governance. She is recognized for her prolific design and implementation of effective, pragmatic organizational strategies. With 20+ years as a Senior Executive in the U.S. Departments of Homeland Security and Commerce, her true talent is fostering human connection and realizing large-scale policy.

Kimberly strengthened critical business support functions for 62,000 employees as the Executive Assistant Administrator for Enterprise Support at the Transportation Security Administration, and tackled complex organizational challenges as the Deputy Chief Administrative Officer for the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Director of Civil Rights for the Department of Commerce. She is a 2021 recipient of the Presidential Rank Award and the Roger W. Jones Award for Executive Leadership.
