Dr. Denise Bailey Clark is an Executive Coach and Human Capital expert with more than 35 years of experience working across the public, nonprofit, and private sectors and managing all areas of human resources, including workforce planning, organizational transformation, HR investigations, and strategic facilitation. As a certified executive coach (ICF Associate Certified Coach) and a SHRM Senior Certified Professional, Denise has designed and led coaching programs for hundreds of senior leaders and emerging managers, through her systems-level approach that equips leaders to navigate and drive change.

In her previous roles leading Human Resources at the American Nurses Association and Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), Denise led cross-functional change initiatives, advanced workforce strategy, and advised executives on performance and employee relations challenges.
