Pooja brings over 15 years of management consulting, strategic planning, and research expertise in the fields of government and nonprofits. As a Senior Consultant at Kaiser Associates, she supported Change Management, Strategic Communications, and Employee Engagement initiatives at federal government agencies. In this role, she worked with a range of stakeholders to evaluate, plan, and execute new processes, and developed knowledge guides to lead users through transformational change.

As a Management Consultant, Pooja has facilitated leadership training and workshops, conducted organizational assessments, led market research and benchmarking projects, and advised on strategic/financial plans and human capital policies. She previously designed impact evaluation metrics, mobilized outreach to 700+ stakeholders, and launched innovative impact investing pilot programs at the Aspen Institute and Ashoka. She is a former Peace Corps volunteer, and a current Pain-Free Movement Specialist.
